All persons eligible for participation in the Film Musicians Secondary Markets Fund (the Fund) are contacted via USPS by the Fund staff at the time they become eligible. Please read carefully the descriptions below. If you fit any of these descriptions, you are eligible for login registration.


Musician Participant

A person is eligible for the Film Musician's Secondary Markets Fund as a musician participant if they have worked on a film or television project done under the auspices of the American Federation of Musician's (AFM) Theatrical or Television Motion Picture Collective Bargaining Agreement with a signatory employer. The project must have gone to a secondary market and payment made to the Fund for that product.

Musician participants also include individuals who worked on a phonograph recording done under the auspices of the AFM Phonograph Collective Bargaining Agreement with a signatory employer and that song is subsequently used in a film scored under the auspices of the AFM's Theatrical or Television Motion Picture Collective Bargaining Agreement. The film must have been released to a supplemental market and payment made to the Fund for that product.


Beneficiary Participant

Active beneficiaries of deceased musician participants are designated as beneficiary participants.

Active beneficiaries of deceased beneficiary participants are designated as beneficiary of beneficiary participants.
