Jan. 5th - Deadline for all address updates before the U.S. and Canadian tax form mailing.
Jan 30th - Tax information mailed and loaded to the Fund website. Those with exempt status should file a new W-4 form with the Fund.
June 1st - End of Direct Deposit enrollment for the next distribution.
June 1st - Deadline for all address/tax/beneficiary/BOB updates.
June 20th - Annual distribution statements loaded to the Fund website.
July 1st - Annual distribution.
July 20th - Stop payment and re-issue of checks without a fee.
Sept. 1st - Deadline for address updates for Omissions distribution.
Sept. 15th - Omissions distribution.
Sept. 30th - Annual distribution checks voided.
Dec. 15th - Omissions distribution checks voided.
No checks are replaced in the month of December to prepare for tax reporting in January.
