You must complete the registration process to get a username and PIN for Private Access. If you have not registered for Private Access, < Click Here >.
It is very important that you enter your username and PIN exactly as it appears in your confirmation email. See example below for the proper username syntax below.
IMPORTANT: Note that there are no spaces before & after the comma in your username.
If you've forgotten the username or password to the Private Access Area, please confirm
your identity by <clicking here> and following the instructions. We will send you an email that will provide you with your
username and a new password.
If you have changed or no longer have access to the email address you originally registered with, you must contact the Participant Services at: 1-888-443-6763 to confirm your identity and new email address. For your protection and security this confirmation can only be done in written form with your signature via fax, mail or email (as a scanned PDF attachment). We will not send lost or replacement passwords to unconfirmed email addresses.
