  You must go through the registration process to get a login to the private area and be assigned a pin. If you have not registered for the private area < Click Here >.

  When entering your username and PIN, please enter the user name and password in the format indicated in the example below, lastname followed by firstname. It is very important to put a comma between your last, first name and NO space, when entering it into the username box. Neither the Username, nor the PIN are case sensitive. See proper "Username syntax" below.

If you've forgotten the username or password to the Private Area, please confirm your identity by <clicking here> and following the instructions. We will send you an email that will provide you with your username and a new password.

PLEASE READ THE IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW

If you have changed or no longer have access to the email address you originally registered your Private Area account with you must contact the Participant Services Hotline at 818-623-4300. This is so we can confirm your identity and new email address. For your protection and security this confirmation can only be done in written form either via fax or mail. Once you contact Participant Services we can explain the signature confirmation process. We will not send lost or replacement passwords to unconfirmed email addresses.
