If you have changed or no longer have access to the email address you orginally registered your Private Area account with you must contact the Participant Services Hotline at 818-623-4300. This is so we can confirm your identity and new email address. For your protection and security this confirmation can only be done in written form either via fax or mail. Once you contact Participant Services they can explain the signature confirmation process. We will not send lost or replacement passwords to unconfirmed email addesses.
